1. Vader kills her.
2. Ahsoka manages to escape and goes into hiding (Making her a bitch for not helping Luke with his training).
Being strong with the force Vader could either sense Lukes presence in general or would simply want to find out the fate of his child. He would investigate the matter I am guessing and if he went anywhere close to Tatooine or Alderaan the game might be over for the rebel alliance. Much effort would have been spent to keep Vader away from those two locations. Darth Vader could train two apprentice assassins to hunt Obi-Wan and Yoda (Naturally)
Ahsoka unquestionably survived order 66 because of the Clone Wars series that is still canon according to Disney. She left the Jedi order well before the treachery of Darth Sidious and therefore would be on a capture or kill list ordered by the Empire. I find it highly suspicious that Vader never found his son on his HOME planet, yes, he was hiding in plain sight I suppose but it stands to reason that Vader would have checked out any of Obi-Wans family to try to find him, and would have sensed him immediately. I think Ahsoka could the silent hero of the series who is the greatest of the "Rogue" Jedi, working behind the scenes to A) find Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda b) findout the fate of Anakin Skywalker c) Extrating the truth from Obi-wan and Yoda (ie the twins are alive) d) Protecting them from the Empire or Sith apprentice(s) who could at various times have certain leads on the Skywalker child.
Would be interesting though sadly not epic as this pic... In any likely hood...
Or would they bring her back in Luke's jedi academy...?
If it comes to something of seeing Ahsoka in the original trilogy time-line... or between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope... there would need to be some legit reason for her NOT to be seen in A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi... because if you don't have that... you're then going to have redo all 3 original movies to put Ahsoka in there, and then one needs to explain why she is there...
If Ahsoka was in the original trilogy... I would see her actually reversing the role that she had had with Anakin the Clone Wars by taking over the training of Luke after Obi Wan's death... but in this, you'd write out Yoda of that role. You might have her pick up on Luke and Leia's relationship, but given that in the expanded universe that Leia didn't really consider real Jedi training until after the Yuuzhan Vong war, it would be unrealistic for Leia to abandoned galactic politics and become a stranger's Jedi apprentice...
The best that I would have would be that either:
A) Ahsoka duels with Vader shortly after he is encased in the armor in an attempt to turn him back to the good side, but his anger at Obi Wan, mourning for Padme and his "child," and sadness at seeing Ahsoka abandon the Jedi in the last Star Wars season gives Vader too much pent up dark side rage to overcome and she is defeated... however, there is some element of Anakin that doesn't want Ahsoka dead and he tries to turn her into his potential Sith Apprentice to eventually replace Palpatine with regard to the "Rule of Two." When Ahsoka refuses, she's incarcerated for further attempts at persuasion... and isn't rescued until after the Battle of Endor.
B) Ahsoka goes into hiding on a remote planet with less attention from the Empire and the Rebellion and engages in small actions to either protect lone force sensitive or small rebel groups that move through the area on occasion, while occasionally looking toward some engagements with Vader, which go uncoordinated with the Rebellion and in such an area that she doesn't learn too much about the Rebellion's main war effort... up until after Endor when she finally meets the now "knighted" Luke Skywalker.
But seriously, she could be a really interesting character as a mature adult. With her youthful brattiness and naivete gone (or at least mellowed), she makes an ideal tragic heroine for the post-Clone Wars years. A Force Unleashed crossover might not go amiss.
As long as she doesn't die I'm happy
Dead? Exile? Newest member of Jabba's harem? (take pictures ^_^)
